Desysion Health Systems, Inc. (DHSI) is a healthcare information technology and data management services company providing clinical intelligence and decision support software applications and patient monitoring services.  Our applications, based on a proprietary software platform, are designed to assist physicians or other providers collect, track and utilize medical information to improve management of patients with chronic illness.  Our first product is designed for use by heart failure specialists and clinics to improve outcomes of patients with heart failure. 

Desysion’s CHF Manager™ is a comprehensive clinical intelligence application that enables heart failure specialists to collect, analyze and use medical information to improve management of heart failure patients.  CHF Manager’s features include the ability to collect relevant baseline, clinical, laboratory and procedure data, to assign and track patients by treatment or research protocol, to document quality outcomes, generate routine patient and population data reports, construct database queries and create and track subpopulations.  While not intended as a stand-alone Electronic Medical Record (EMR), CHF Manager can function as such in the absence of an enterprise EMR or CHF Manager can be seamlessly integrated with other systems via HL7.  Click here to learn more about CHF Manager.
