Data for CHF Manager can be input directly from other systems using the industry standard HL7 for medical data integration.  Patient demographics, labs results and procedure data are typically auto-populated from other systems and do not require manual input.  Clinic visit data or other interview data, such as a telephone call, is entered at the providers.  Data entry is facilitated by pre-defined tables and lists when possible in order to standardize answers, minimize typing and speed input.  Data entry can also be accomplished by Voice Recognition software.
