Desysion's services include software needs analysis and design, implementation planning, data integration, user training, and telephone based technical and user support.

Analysis:  Desysion staff will assist sites conduct a needs analysis to determine the best system approach to implementing our software solutions.  Issues addressed could include the number of users, access points, data input, data integration, database structure, security, user control, hardware requirements, reporting needs and implementation support.

Software Design:  Desysion has software designers and architects that can assist healthcare organizations with the design of software systems to integrate with CHF Manager™ or other healthcare systems.  In addition Desystion provides consulting services to allow clients to customize CHF Manager when needed, such as formulary tables, lab values or user privileges.  Additional customization may be available at an additional cost.

Data Analysis:  CHF Manager is unique in providing a user friendly tool for writing queries against the database.  Initially intended to assist sites to identify patients who could meet inclusion and exclusion criteria for clinical trials, the capability has expanded to other data points.  Desysion will continue to expand the data points for which self-constructed queries can be developed.  Until then, or for more complex queries than the tool can handle, Desysion provides SQL scripts for such queries at very reasonable prices.

Data Integration:  CHF Manager can exchange (receive or send) data with other databases or systems using HL7 messages, the industry standard for exchanging medical data.  Desysion will provide an HL7 integration engine, software license and assistance with implementation if included as part of the License Agreement.

Installation:  Desysion prepares the CHF Manager database, including setting up the initial users, naming the database and reports, and providing any customization requested.  We assist the site with database installation and testing.

Training: Desysion will provide one-day of on-site training upon installation.  A telephone-based customer support desk is available during normal business hours.  Additional training is available on-site as needed if included in the License Agreement.

Optional Services: The success of our client’s implementations of the CHF Manager software is directly related to the knowledge of the users and the integrity of the data input to the database.  Consistent management of data input is critical to the successful use of CHF Manager, especially the database tables.  Desysion offers Enhanced Support Plans to help insure consistent and correct data input and management.  Among other options, these plans include additional, onsite training - either on an annual basis or when needed as a result of turnover, scheduled regular reviews of the database by our data experts to identify errors and insure data integrity and the development of custom reports or database queries, depending on the level of support included in the License Agreement.
